Value Added Service Fees and private banking services

Can they please explain what is Value Added Service Fees. As well as why a private banker is being pushed. I had a private baker and found the service was nothing but useless to me. I downgraded and still in receiving emails of ppl informin they have been selected as my private banker without my asking for one. With Last month this 'fee' cost R201 and after going through my statements I see this is going on month after months.only God knows how long they have been *****ing my hard earned money. I already have an account fee and i pay bank charges and fees on every transaction. Service Fee payment are deducted from my account monthly. I would like to know what Value Added service I'm paying for when all transactions are already paid for. This is very fustratin conciderin I'm trusting them with everything I have to have them be so blaze about my money.
