Unwarranted Debt Collection

I am so livid with First National Bank and due to their negligence and collection process, I had two loans with FNB and Last year between April and May I settled all my dept in full because I was in a process of buying a house. The bank approved me and i moved in into my new house. Between November and December I started receiving calls from FNB's collection people that I owe them. these followed with harassment of SMS that I owe FNB. It did not matter how many times I told them my account was settled in 2024 already. I contacted Trans Union, Compuscan, XDS and expirian and I received confirmation that ATTACHED PLEASE FIND THE CERTIFIED FORM 19, WITH ALL THE PAID -UP LETTERS FOR THE ABOVEMENTIONED CONSUMER.

The status of the consumer has been updated on the DHS System ,Form 19 (Clearance Certificate) has been issued. Remove all debt review “flagging”.

The client has settled all debt obligations and is now officially credit clear.

Paid up letters Screen shot of DHS Certified form 19 I followed up with Credit Bureaus indeed my name is cleared. I had a shock of my life when recently I app**** for a personal loan and got declined, due to and outstanding debt from FNB. Yet I have paid up letters confirming I owe them nothing. No bank wants to help me due to FNB. This entire process I am being dragged through is completely unwarranted and a typical example of corporate bullying. How do you chase over someone who owes you nothing. Bombard them with endless SMS and calls.
