Unwarranted Charges/ Plain Theft

On the 18/12/2017 I noticed a discrepancy in my account in terms of available balance. There was R300 outstanding for a transaction that was a "Ghost" if I can put it that way. I called Premier to advise and they said they will investigate. The account balanced itself out eventually.

On the morning of the 19/12/2017 the account seemed to have the same available balance and balance, but a pending transaction on the app. I called Premier Banking and queried, who advised that the available balance that I see is correct. I also chatted via secure chat to Premier who advised the same. I used those available funds.

On the morning of the 20/12/2017 I noticed that my lance was now a negative due to that pending transaction that went through the night before. So I immediately transferred funds into the account. I called Premier to lay a complaint and was told that I would receive feedback that day which I did not.

On the morning of the 21/12/2017 I noticed R110 fee gone off from my account due to that previous negative balance. I called Premier again twice and the lady I spoke to on the 20/12 said she will log a request for the reversal.

There was definitely a technical issue with the electronic platforms, now funds get deducted from my account. I had to call Premier everyday this week.
