Unwanted registration on Ebucks
Despite the assurances given to me by Mr RB Jacobs from FNB via Facebook on 09 August 2015 in response to a complaint tweet I placed on FNB's Twitter account addressed to their CEO that he would ensure that I was permanently removed from their eBucks system as well as an email dated 21 August 2015 from FNB card that the EBucks account openeded in my name has been successfully closed (eBucks query reference ***). This followed numerous attempts via email to have them stop opening an eBucks account on my behalf. I once again today 03 December 2015 received an email from phone number +*** at 19:54 welcoming me to eBucks. Mr Jacobs I want an explanation from you that despite all your assurances that I will never ever be registered again on eBucks, your Company has once again registered me on eBucks without my consent and against my wishes. What will it take to get it into your heads that I do not now nor evedrf want to be on eBucks. Do I have to lodge a complaint with the Banking ombudsman followed by a complaint with the Public Protector. I have had enough of this nonsense. I expect you to do as you promised. Maybe the CEO can resolve this seeing as you cannot.
