unwanted loan

I initially app**** for a loan,this was first experience in applying.I wanted to free my accounts which was not on arrears.I was told to take a debt reconsolidated loan.I took the loan.I app**** for another loan after that reminding the consultant that if I had a change of mind,would I be able to cancel it.she rep**** I had 5days to cancel it.The loan was approved ,the same day I approached the bank to cancel cos I had a change of mind,the consultant told me it was closing time.I should come in on that monday,when I went to the branch on that day.the consultant phoned and was told they don't do that anymore.The consultant was not told about this clause.I became a victim of the consultants not made aware of a clause.I wrote to hellopeter and the money that was in my account reversed but the loan account still open.I'm paying a higher interest and a whole lot more than previous loan.I'm really dissapointed.
