Unwanted Loan

I went to the FNB on the 25th of November to seek funds for my dad's funeral. I initially wanted an amount of R12000. After completing the form I enquired from the person assisting me (Lulama) whether it would not be cheaper for me to just extend my overdraft instead of getting a loan. She advised that extending the overdraft would be best. She then proceeded to cancel the loan application and extend my overdraft. Unbeknown to me FNB then unilaterally transferred an amount of R8000 into my account ( I did not get any notification of this amount going into my account either by sms or on my mobile app). With funeral arrangements in progress I apparently used the money they transferred in...NOTE: the loan application I had \made"was for R12000 NOT R8000. I went to FNB to clarify the situation with Lulama who was just as surprised as I was that an amount was sent to my account. I offered to repay this UNWANTED loan on condition that I am not charged any interest or initiation fees since I DID NOT ASK FOR A LOAN!!! FNB is insisting on me repaying them with interest for money I did not ask for."""
