Unwanted credit card

In December last year I was issued a new FNB Silver credit card. In January I was issued a replacement Silver credit card with the explanation that they had a batch of \dud"credit cards and they were replacing all of that batch. About a month later I was issued a Private Clients credit card which I had not asked for. Since then I have repeatedly asked for this card to be replaced with a Silver credit card as I am not prepared to pay the exorbitant annual fees for this \""Upper crust\"" card. These requests have been ignored. On 11 June I emailed FNB credit cards complaints department and my personal banker requesting that this card be cancelled and that the balance of my annual card fee be credited to my account. I have heard nothing since then and yesterday a R49 debit was passed on this account. When is this card going to be cancelled?"""
