Unwanted account not closed

I asked FNB several times to close a unwanted account on my profile. Please can the relevant people call me and close the account to avoid bank charges. between me and my husband we paid more than R400 bank fees and now sitting with a account that did not want. You can phoned FNB they will give you a reference number but nothing happens.
