Unwanted account loaded

I opened a cheque account online with Fnb, and with it they loaded Sharebuilder and Savings Pocket accounts. I did not ask for these, and have been trying for months to get the Sharebuilder Account closed. I have contacted my branch (Port Alfred), and the Service manager lady said she will resolve it, which clearly did not happen. I then phoned ***, and keep getting either cut off or transferred to the customer rating service. I today eventually got through to Mo Ackinson who said he cant help, but that he will send an email to Admin to contact me within an hour. It has been 2 hours and I still have not received a call. Now R410 for fees has been deducted for the Sharebuilder account which I never used nor ever wanted.
