Unused revolving credit being charged for all of a sudden.

I had a revolving Loan which was paid up a long time ago. I have requested for it to be closed which it never was. FNB has now started charging a monthly service fee and adding charges for unpaid debit order for the same as I no longer use the FNB account being debited because their service was so bad.
