UNUSED CREDIT ACCOUNT ALREADY HAS R7000 DUE
I have hd multiple transaction issues with a completely inactive and never used credit card account. The account which has not yet even been opened or used has had a negative credit of R7000 since May 4th.
I've contacted support numerous times since then and the issue has still not yet been resolved. Not only is this creating a negative reflection on my account, it is no doubt hurting my credit score.
FIX THIS PLEASE!

05 Jun 2020, 11:43Issue still unresolved and today FNB deducted R7050.43 from my cheque account. I'm now out R7053.43 and the credit card account still says -R7053.43. This issue is ridiculous and I'm amazed how FNB still hasn't dealt with this after over a month of emails, calls and complaints issued to them.
