Need to change phones on Enterprise banking app. 15 min on a waiting list for the call then before I can tell the lady that I need help. She goes this is Enterprise Banking. Then puts phone down. Thanks for listening that I use Enterprise Banking. Then another call for 10 Min still waiting. High call volume excuse that is generic....
