Unusable elect voucher
Good day
I recently bought R100 worth of electricity (I bought for someone else) and they are unable to top up using the vouchers we got from FNB,it gives error (reject) this was purchased using account ***,

Kindly note that someone resent the voucher pins, howener we already had the tokens, the problem is that when you enter them on the keypad they don’t go through, the keypad displays “reject” in most cases that happens when one uses invalid or a token that was used…since purchasing the token we were never able to recharge

Kindly note that someone resent the voucher pins, howener we already had the tokens, the problem is that when you enter them on the keypad they don’t go through, the keypad displays “reject” in most cases that happens when one uses invalid or a token that was used…since purchasing the token we were never able to recharge
