Untruths about FNB life policy

I'm a customer at FNB...all was well until I took a funeral policy from them... Biggest mistake of my life...I took out the policy last year October,I had to cancel it due to how they took funds from my account..They took money any day of the month irrespective of the arrangement I had made...I cancelled the policy and they still took money even when it's cancelled they refuse to refund all the money they took...they say my policy was or is in arrears I'm not sure how when they doubled deducted from the onset....I'm still fighting to be refunded...I'm very disappointed especially because they deny things that are written in black and white...And the sad thing is they did it to my friend too...Im the one who convinced her to open an account with FNB...The fact that they can initiate an Activity Based Payment on a policy...that says a lot...I will close my bank account unhappy as I am but I will never recommend anyone to take out a policy at FNB...🥺🥺
