************* BANKING OPERATIONS

I've requested and paid Standard Bank to recall an EFT payment that was done to "BE SET FREE" who is an client of FNB. The consultant of Standard bank did indicate that it will cost between R300 - R400 and there is no guarantee that I will receive my money. (WHAT A JOKE) After a couple of days FNB bank responded, that they couldn't find their client either by E-mail or phone. HOW ON EARTH IS THIS POSSIBLE??? Now I've lost R830 due to a false advert/ridiculous owner/contradictory body corporate rules. Furthermore I'm throwing between R300 -R400 in the water, because of the unwillingness by FNB bank to follow-up the request send through by Standard Bank. They (FNB) didn't even contacted me in this regard...(they either protecting their client or employee incompetence to execute his/her work.
