Hi everyone, I wrote to Hellopeter about 3 weeks ago. Hellopeter helped by contacting FNB about my problem. FNB has done the investigation regarding my case and promised to finalise everything last week because the investigation was done. Unfortunately in their investigation they did not find the voice recorder of my husband when he was taking the policy. Now FNB is not telling me the outcome and it's sad that am going to loose the car that my husband was owing Nedbank . I thought if I get the money from FNB I will pay off the car. I am really hurt by FNB .

Kindly assist me as soon as possible because I am loosing assets that were going to be paid by this money. The deadline is before the end of this week. Even the money that was in my husband's account I did not get. Schools are opening I need to pay for my child hostel fees but I can't because I don't have enough money.
