Untrust worthy
Worst bank ever. Stay away if you love your money. Im a victim of card *****. When i ask for a chargeback fnb want a comunication with the merchant. Where do they expect me to get this communication from. I dont know who this people are and yet fnb expects me to comunicate with them. I have two accounts with FNB and I pay in excess of R1000 in fees per month only to be treated like this.
