Untrained staff - clueless
Tried 4 times to send money via Ewallet today. Aziza and R Naidooo have no answers as to why despite raising daily limits to thousands with tons more available "remaining daily limit" shows R200. Aziza couldn't answer question about Pay & Clear either. FNB is going down.
