Untrained employees of FNB bank costed my business

Very poor service, Ref number R020DB7SM0 I did a Global money transfer from the branch on the 1st on March 2020 upto to date 10th of March 2020 still no joy. At first . I still don't believe the employee for the branch don't know how to do Global payment online and Also refused me getting assistance from their forex department. , at first they requested my beneficiary bank branch code yet I had the swift code and branch name. Second day they **** saying the transition was done and gave me proof of transaction show ( waiting processing)
