UNSUCCESSFUL WITHDRAWAL REVERSED BACK SUCCESSFULLY

Im giving this score because of that consultant who said my money was reversed back into my account whereas it was not, when I told her I did called the day before and I was told the money is still pending, she said the person who told me that was lying, she said she would send me the statement but there is a fee for that, that's when I drop the call.

I wish FNB authorities can make sure its customers are helped accordingly not to be depressed by its consultants.

Anyway I am thankful to FNB for releasing my money back into my account, whoever did that, thank you 🙏🙏🙏, I was so miserable.
