Unsuccessful e-wallet

I am totally not happy with FNB, I wanted to access their ewallet services at an Atm in Delmas, but I couldn't get the money simply because it somehow got locked, I quickly went to the branch to lodge a complaint, and we called FNB ********** services but 2days down the line I get an sms that tells me my query has been rejected and the transaction was successful, how yet I didn't get the money, am so not happy with FNB, yet I explained that I had two ewallets the first wasn't successful but the 2nd one I got the money, am so not happy shame, they should just tell me where my money went to🙄
