Unsuccessful depositthobeka

On thursday the 10 october 2024at 19:23.i deposited R13 400 into my bank account. The receipt said unsuccessful deposit. But the money was swallowed by the atm.I kept the receipt and on friday. I reported in the schweizer reneke branch. A claim was lodged. I was told to wait for 24 hours, but because it was on friday.my claim would be affected. I will only get money in my account on monday. On monday the 14 at 15:00 i went to enquire about my claim demanding to talk to the atm custodian. I was told it was still processing. I would like fnb to deposit my hard earned money in my account without me going any further.
