Unsuccessful cash deposit, money not returned.

I tried to deposit money at the MetLife Plaza Branch into our business bank account. Immediately after the ATM took the money, it printed a slip which stated that the deposit was unsuccessful and the ATM now had a message on the screen saying it was out of order. The ATM did not return the money.
