Unstoppable deduction by FNB Home Loan Department

Kindly note that I have been deducted a particular amount on a monthly basis by this bank. When I enquired about this deduction from the branch, I was told that the deduction emanates from Home Loan Department and could relate to life insurance. I subsequently contacted Home Loan Department through the Bloemfointein Branch (Langenhoven Park), however to my surprise the Home Loan Department indicated that the deduction does not come from them. The unfortunate part of this is that this transaction has been done over the months and this month was extremely deep and nobody from the bank is aware of this.

I complained about this and the Home Loan made an undertaking of investigating this matter and revert back to me. To date, there is no response from this bank, notwithstanding the fact that I cannot even reserve this transaction as it has been done internally by the bank officials themselves. I am further of the view that this could be a ********** transaction by the bank officials as this is not even a normal debit order.
