Unsolved account issue

I am once again reaching out as my account issue remains unresolved. I was contacted by a representative regarding the matter, and she assured me that everything was up to date and fully settled. However, I was surprised to see that a loan arrangement amount was still deducted along with my regular installment.

This is concerning, as I had already paid the arrangement amount in full, and according to the representative, there were no outstanding balances. I would appreciate a prompt explanation for this deduction and immediate correction of any errors.
