UNSOLICITED 'UPGRADE' FOR HIGHER BANK FEES, DISGUSTED

In their infinite wisdom, FNB has taken it upon themselves to 'upgrade' my bank account at a 400% higher cost. I have had this conversation with FNB, once in person where the teller explained that the status of some or other account is higher. My response was, and still is, IF MY VALUE AS A HUMAN BEING IS BASED ON A CERTAIN LEVEL BANK ACCOUNT, I HAVE A DEEPER PROBLEM THAN WHAT FNB COULD HANDLY. SHORTLY, I AM ABSOLUTELY HAPPY WITH A BASIC BANK ACC. I DO NOT WANT NOR NEED TO BE 'UPGRADED' STOP CHARGING HIGHER BANKING FEES FOR NO APPARENT REASON.
