Unsettled estate account

My brother was ******ed on the 7/7/2023 and after the funeral I took my sister in law to get the letter of authority.We went to Fnb Polokwane and opened an estate account per instruction.I helped my sister in law because she can't walk,she's been sick even before my brother's death.No coomunication from Fnb since opening the account until last year in Dec when I confronted them on Facebook.We were send a claim form again to fill it via e-mail and submit it and we did.N9 communication again until last week when I confronted them again.They promised to call her but to my surprise they never did.I am now based in Gauteng and she's in Polokwane.They even have the guts to tell us interest was charged on the money while it's their own fault that they don't give her what belongs to her. That money might be small to them but she needs it to buy medication,you are heartless shame.
