Unsettled cases

I registered 2 matters on FNB Law on Call in 2023 and I have been struggling to get an attorney allocated to my cases over a 1 year period. I have been told to wait and wait but there's no urgency. Do individuals in the Northern Cape get less priority than those in Gauteng? I have resorted to finding myself an attorney.
