FNB is a big commercial bank, which allows *****ulent activity to take place on our bank accounts. When you call the ***** line, to report the *****ulent transactions, firstly they fail to explain how their system allows such transactions without account holder authorisation and secondly they inform you that the case will take approximately 30 days to be resolved, thirdly, they can not provide you with an assurance that your money will be reimbursed.

That practically means that you have an unsecured bank account. Why do we choose to bank with these big banks if our hard earned money is not safe. At this rate they are going, end up with no clients.
