************ FNB behavior

I have a debit order set for the 26th of each month for my personal loan, on the 14th of December, the bank decided to take the debit order early, bank says they are trying to help its customers by keeping their accounts up to date. I went to the bank on the 14.12.2019 and called the loans department. I was assured that the money would be back in my account on Sunday the 15.12.2019. It was not in, Monday was a public holiday, so I was expecting it to be in on Tuesday, it is Wednesday and the money is still not in my account. Thank you FNB, I will have to make a loan just to get by until payday.
