Unsatisfied with services from FNB

I ask for the Covid-19 Relief fund that FNB offered to there customers. After 2 months I asked them to cancel the Relief Loan and settle and close my account. I have been requesting this matter from the 22nd of May 2020. After so many attempts and calls and frustration I have received my Settlement Letter on the 1st of July and I paid the full amount on the 6th of July. They said it would take 10 working days to settle and close my account. After the 10 days and numerous calls it showed that I still owed them like R3000. I have send mails and complaints on the FNB website and made so many phone calls they promised that they will rectify the account and close it. After last week and yet another complaint, email and phone call they have ask a lady called Ruwaida to assist. Now my account shows that I owe them over R43000.00. Now she would have phoned me on Wednesday afternoon the 12th of August or yesterday but until now I have received NO phone calls or emails saying they have fix and corrected the Covid-19 Relief Loan and that it has been closed down. This is what I am trying to do from the 22nd of May and up until now. NOTHING. I have screamed, cried, made all sorts of noise and FNB is not paying attention or resolving this problem. I have run out of ideas. I have been a client of FNB for 17 years and this is how they treat there clients. I know this is a very busy time and the staff is low due to Lock down but how long can this take to settle and close down an account. I am beyond frustrated.

Good day

Well this is Wednesday the 19th of August. I have reported my experience with FNB on Friday. Since then I have received numerous mails and sms'e stating they will phone and they have send it to this department and this department and so on. I have 3 different case numbers: ***F, *** & ***NF.
I see that my Covid-19 relief loan that I complained about that was supposed to be closed after I have settled it on the 6th of July went from R43000 still outstanding to R6518 and some sents.
So until today no one has phoned yet. No one is explaining to me what is going on. I have no feedback except for the mails and sms'e saying this department and that department is working on it.
I am out of word to explain my frustration with FNB. At the end of this month I see that I must pay a premium that I do not have that is why I have settled the loan and close it.
I need this sorted ASAP.
