Unsatisfied with FNB Life / critical illness cover

FNB Life cover critical illness 4months doctors reports etc you need to phone them their customer service agents takes 30-40min to answer phones the assessor does not get back to you the decision making of board takes weeks and on app it's shows case close still no answer. Never take life cover with them or even insurance. While you as person have to fight to stay alive each day with your disease. They just don't care take their time. Sending emails everyday no one responding and still phoning on old number after you changed it on the system 8months again. Hopefully they phone after this review.
