Unsatisfied with Fnb

I lost my card, went to fnb to close my account,on the 26.06.2025 I got paid and my salary was gone I have not paid rent or any of my expenses, I went back to fnb to ask how I was ****med when I had closed my account and the bank offered me R7000 loan, as soon as that money went in, the bank took R3321 as my account was now on minus, how did i get to this?my expenses are getting higher and higher as this ****mers still using my card and the bank is charging me ,my rent is due on the 3rd of everymonth how am I supposed to get through this.
