Unsatisfied with Debit Order Dispute - Still not Resolved

For the past week i have been struggling to resolve my debit order disputes. After much trouble they were all resolved except for one which i am still waiting for the refund. I have been sending numerous emails and no one comes back to me. I only got one automatic reply and that was it. This is not the way i expected to be treated after the hoo-haa last week, I know that i am not a big financial contributor to the industry but FNB must remember its the small fish that catch the big fish. Maybe it's time i do change banks after over 30 years with FNB
