UNSATISFIED SERVICE FROM FNB

I am writing about my disappointment with FNB. There is money going out of my account every month under the name of MydebtAFN with a long number next to it. R165 goes out every month . I tried FNB to assist me to stop this transaction but they tell me that the debit order is blocked. The lady who helped at FNB gave me a Cape Town number of some company called My Debt Hero to call as she said thats what she gets on the internet. When I call this company I am unable to get through the phone just rings and get cut. Mu issue is how does the bank allow and eternal party to block a debit order on my account as their client and they as FNB are unable to unblock it. It tells me that FNB system is not safe is someone from outside can have access to our accounts and block them so their **** can continue every month. R165 is a lot of money to be taken out of my account. FNB is allowing ****mers to access our accounts. Today only I managed to stop 4 debit orders which I did not authorise to the tune of R449.00 Last month I stopped also a few to an amount of R900+. Please people check your accounts regularly we are being ****med on a daily basis.
