Unsatisfied - my money?????

I have a million a month account and I have gave notice on 26/09/2019 this account for my R10000 to be paid out on the 26th of October 2019. And i see no credit and then I went to investigate and I saw somehow I have put the date in incorrect. I have phoned FNB investment dept now they have send a query through but how long can this take?? It is my money that I need now. Really it is 3 days now?????????????
