UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

My name Gcinile S Nxumalo i am an account holder with First National Bank. I hold a Cheque and Savings account. Account number : *** Card number: ***

On the 1st January 2021 my account had a debit of R295. 12 which i called the bank and wss told they can't reverse it i requested the lady I spoke to that she blocks it. She said it's done and they sent me forms on my email to dispute i filled info and resent to them they said it's not clear i really felt they just wanted me to forget. I kept quiet.

On the 2nd February 2021 another debit of R306. 53 i promised it's been stopped so how come whatever company they work with managed to take money from my account yet again?

As if that was not enough on the 15th March another debit of R303. 83 went off my account now that is a total of R905. 48 taken from my account without my concern. When checking my statement it shows a ref og6: cindplay i don't play games on my fone only Facebook Instagram YouTube nothing else so who is cindplay?

I AM FURIOUS THAT I WILL CLOSE ALL MY ACCOUNT AND OPEN SOMEWHERE EVEN THE LIFE INSURANCE WILL CANCEL ALL.
