Unsatisfied Customer

I am so upset, I placed myself under debt review three years ago and Paid up all my debt. For a month we are struggling to get my clearance certificates from them. They keep on deducting from my account, my service provider did send them a request to send those letters but nobody attend to them. All I need is those letters please, as they can not continue deducting my money.
