Unsatisfied customer... again!

It seems this is the only way I can get any real assistance from this bank; by lodging a public complaint. A few days ago I complained about the incompetence when it comes to dealing with third party authorizations on my account. I had asked to be removed from the debt review process as I had not confirmed my participation in the process. This bank informed me that they would assist if I proved them with a 17.W form from the debt counselor- which I did. I was then informed that the matter was escalated and I would receive confirmation and further assistance within 48 hours. It has now been way over that waiting period and I still have not received any email regarding the state of my account. Each time I call I am told that I have been removed from debt review, yet no email or call was made to confirm this claim and my account still reflects on a negative balance.

I do not have the funds to keep calling this bank for assistance as my profile is still not back to normal. My account has not been reinstated and I have fallen back on debit orders because of this. Calling for assistance every day is exhausting! What measures does one need to take for this matter to be taken seriously?? When are you actually going to HELP ME? I have been a loyal customer for years, I think its time I considered a move to another organization because this lack of empathy and customer care is unacceptable. It is quite clear that not all customers are valued.
