Unsatisfied client

Im not satisfied with whats happening today, i received a payshap of 2400 to my main account but hasn't reflected in my account do a loan i took on the 25tn already being deducted that doesn't make sense for me take a loan and already being deducted. Please assist with this matter as im very much unsatisfied by this action
