Stop calling me and resolve my problem. I’m never taking your phone calls again, every time I get a different person and explain the same story over and over again. You guys have been communicating with me via phone calls for the past 3 days now but nothing has been resolved. I AM TIRED OF FNB!!!!!! Reach me on my emails, that way I will have proof. I mean I’ve requested for recordings of April/May 2022 but your consultants are giving me the run around! I’m not going to pay YOU GUYS because you failed to communicate on a monthly basis regarding my outstanding, now all of a sudden you come to me saying I owe you guys? Is it because you wanted the amount to accumulate interest like it did??

Take me to the attorneys please, I’m still unemployed, and can afford to make R50 monthly payments till I finish the initial outstanding without the accumulated interest. Thank you.
