Unsatisfactory service from fnb

I am very disappointed with fnb service and their stuff competency, I called fnb because I had a query with one of the products I have with them,I called and Cecelia T**** was not able to answer my questions and made me hold for a long time to come back and tell me that she was escalating the matter to the supervisor,even now I am still waiting and I am even thinking of moving to another bank because of this ,they lost my trust
