Unsatisfactory service FNBlife

Struggling for a year now to change my FNBlife policy debit order dates. I have a private banker but the assistance is limited from that side. He was quick to assist to write the policy but now can't assist to change the date. FNBlife I have spoken with several times with no avail. I am at the point to cancel all these policy's. I have sent a rude email to my private banker and still no assistance. FNB service is really not satisfactory
