Unsatisfactory service by FNB

Im an appointed agent in the late estate Maphisa, our office has lodged collection instructions on the 28 November 2024,to date we haven't received any payment, we call to follow up there's no satisfying feedback, from last year to date the matter is still stuck. We are not happy with your service and as such our business is also deteriorating due to your u satisfying service.
