Unsatisfactory service and poor experience

First FNB refuses to extend the term on a joint bond application on the discriminatory basis of one of the applicants being close to retirement age even though the other applicant has over 30 years to reach retirement. Trying to secure your first property as a black young female was a traumatising experience with a bank I have trusted for years. This morning, the home insurance/claims department would not allow me to lodge a claim or offer to call the homeowner/policy holder as we had a burst pipe in the bathroom!
