Unsatisfactory customers service

This morning to my surprise I saw that fnb have deducted 1264 from my bankaccount for a resolving loan that did have a zero balance.

How can I paid for something I did not use. I did then have to transfer money back to my bankaccount for other debit orders to go threw because of this.

Now I must pay interested and the fee to use the resolving Ion I am very disappointed

Fnb do not even answer their phones when I try to phone them
