Unsatisfactory Customer Service with FNB

They do not even deserve 1 star! I opened up a new bank account with a different bank, I wanted to close my credit card, which took a very long time, I then got charged a bank fee and funny enough as soon as this was paid the account magically closed. Then to transfer my funds from my tax free savings - I got such a run around for 2 weeks and still to this day nothing has been done, but I get an email asking for more information on my query! When surely the transfer form attached to the email is sufficient.

Very unhappy with the customer service received.
