UNSAFE CONSULTANT

I was at work when I receive a message that my money was withdrawn in kuruman while I m in Johannesburg and I had my cards and my Id with me I went to the branch in fordsburg to investigate I only found out that the consultant made a mistake and issued the card to the wrong person how is the security check done at ,Can I trust fnd ,I'm so disappointed I loved fnd with more than everything but now I'm thinking to move out
