UNSAFE BAN****!!

DSV Mounties couriers contacted me to ship my new bank card. I asked them to send it to my wife at her work address. They said she will need a copy of my ID to be able to receive my card witch makes common sense if you send somebody a bank card with pin. The day my old card has expired I called DSV with ref: ********** 5252. They said my card should have been delivered the previous day already and somebody from Kimberley branch will call me back with an answer but hey did'nt. The next Monday I called them again and they said my card was delivered and that no id was presented for receiving of card. They could not even give me the persons name that signed for it. They said I should call FNB so they can investigate the issue. The number they gave me did not work so I called the local branch that still did not phone me back as they said they would. At around 16:00 when I wanted to cancel my card because it was missing my wife called me to say that my card has just been delivered and not to her in person to show proof of my id but to the receptionist that just signed for it. Except for the poor service delivery and lying from the couriers I think this is the most unsafe way to send your customers their bank cards. THE PIN IS INCLUDED WITH THE CARD!!! Anybody could have signed for this and just stole my money.
