unresolved time&money wasting experience

I have been to FNB bellville branch on 19/01/17 to close my share investing account, they have asked me to pay in an x amount of money to get it on scratch, I have done that, I have filled in the paperwork and all has been send, I was promised the bank account will now be closed, today 23/01/17 I went back to the bank to ask why the account is still not closed, I was told to phome FNB, as i was standing in the bank that I bank with I was not happy with that answer, so I went to the bank manager where I asked for assistance, after having to explain to him more then once what my problem was he asked me to leave my paperwork with him, and my telephone number and he will resolve the Issue for me and give me a call back, I still have not recieved any call back or response maybe its easier to just leave FNB after 20 years and go bank somewhere else.
